1. Fast Domestic Fulfillment All orders are dispatched directly from our climate-controlled fulfillment center in California. By maintaining a domestic inventory, we eliminate the risks and long wait times associated with international peptide shipping.
2. Shipping Rates & Timelines
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days for time-sensitive research.
Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Cold-Chain Stability & Packaging Our peptides are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, which is the most stable molecular form. This allows the compounds to remain stable at ambient temperatures during transit. Each order is shipped in secure, opaque packaging to protect the glass vials from UV light and physical impact.
4. Discreet Delivery We respect the privacy of our research partners. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging that does not reference the specific contents on the exterior of the parcel.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. It is the researcher’s responsibility to ensure a member of the lab team is available to receive the package and move the contents to appropriate storage (refrigeration or freezer) immediately upon arrival.
Returns & Quality Guarantee
Due to the specialized nature of research biochemicals, our return policy is governed by strict quality control and safety protocols.
1. Final Sale Policy Because our products are sensitive research reagents, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the supply chain and ensure that every researcher receives a product that has never been exposed to unmonitored environmental conditions.
2. The Evolution Quality Guarantee We stand behind the analytical accuracy of every vial. If you receive a product that is damaged, or if you believe the compound does not meet the >99% purity specified on its Certificate of Analysis (COA):
Damaged Goods: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage for a replacement.
Quality Disputes: If you have conducted independent analytical testing (HPLC or Mass Spectrometry) that shows a discrepancy in purity or identity, please submit your lab data to support@evolutionpeptides.com. We will conduct a thorough investigation and, if a defect is verified, provide a full replacement or store credit.
3. Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before they have entered the “Processing” stage. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final and cannot be halted.
